Needed POP3 DLL for VBA

Anyone know of a free/open source DLL/Active X component for POP3 that works with VB. I am looking for one that I can use for commercial purposes.

I am currently using one that is a one time cost with royalty free distribution but am wondering if there is one out there where I don't have to pay.

CDOSYS I use for SMTP (send) but I need one to receive from a remote mail server.
