    insert pie chart in microsoft access form

    Hello,
    I saw an example of microsoft access form based on table. the form had combo box to select employee and and then labels and textboxes below. The form had a pie chart that changed to correspond to each record.
    I cannot create a pie chart that changes with each record and displays on the form..
    Do you know how to create a pie chart on a form that changes to data on each record?

      If I already have table of data:
      like EmployeeID, EmployeeName, NewCondition, OldCondition, UsedCondition. and I have percentages of values- I have been able to create a table, then create a query for pie chart, then create form and insert chart.
      But what I can't figure out is how to insert a chart that corresponds to one field. like if NewConditon, OldCondition, and UsedConditions are description in a one field called Condition.
      So I have EmployeeId, EmployeeName, and Condition. and I want pie chart created to show condition.
