Float Detail Lines

I'm trying to create a report that displays the following information:

Physician Name
Company Name
Address
City, State, Zip

The physician name OR the Company name could be blank OR both present. When one is not, however, I would like to 'float' the other lines up so the blank line is not visible. How can I do this in Access?

I would make both controls as "short" as possible (just a line in height) and set the can grow property to "Yes".
Now the empty control will use just a line of space and a filled control will push the other control "down".
