    Hi vamsi

The short answer is yes you can. I do this on an, (almost) daily basis for importing, amongs other things, timesheet data in to Access.

However, if you are going to enter all the information to import in to an Excel form, why not just use an Access form instead ??

The other thing is you will, perhaps, need is some knowlege of SQL and ADO connections and record sets (this is the only way I transfer data to/from Excel/Access - but there are otherways!). Have you any experiance with this or even VBA ??
