    Access 2007 input form

    Greetings,

    I have an access 2007 database. In there I have 3 tables with a relationship between the three tables. The three tables’ consist of 1 user table, 1 type of equipment, and another equipment table. Each of the equipment tables has several columns of things like make and model.

    I have an equipment checkout form that I have figured out how to put in one of each of the equipment, but it is possible to have more then one item from each of the 2 equipment table checked out. How can I put in a button to add to a second or more from each or either of the above mentioned equipment tables?

      Hi. I don't wish to disappoint a new user, but I cannot think of any suitable answer to give you. Having read and re-read your post I have no idea what you are asking us.

      We know nothing about your application other than what you tell us - and here you have not told us anywhere near enough to have any understanding of your needs.

      If you could please be much more specific - providing us with names of the fields, tables and relationships concerned - we could help you. As it is we can't.

          Sorry for being vague. I have built my 3 tables, and I think that I have a good relationship between them. The three tables consist of 1 user table, equipment x table and equipment y table.

          I have built a form and on that one form and I have all the fields from my tables. At this point that form has the information to tie 1 item to a user table, 1 item from equipment table 1 and 1 item from equipment table y. There are times that a user will get more then 1 item from either table and I’m trying to figure out how to add more equipment to the form. I would like that the default is how I built it with just 1 item from each table. It would be convenient to have a button or something that would allow a second piece of equipment.
