How to disable the dragging ability of a menu bar?

Does anyone knows a method to lock the the menu bar or any customized bar is MS-Access?

Seems that CommandBar.Prot ection property could be used here.
Not sure, since I've not tested it myself.

P.S. You need to reference "Microsoft Office x.x Object Library".

2. Toolbars
3. Customize (Opens Customize Dialog Box)
4. Toolbar Tab
5. Select Toolbar/Menu Bar
6. Properties (Opens Toolbar Properties Dialog)
7. You can now set the following Options
   1. Docking
   2. Show on Toolbars Menu
   3. Allow Moving
   4. Allow Customizing
   5. Allow Showing/Hiding
   6. Allow resizing
8. Close to exit Toolbar Properties Dialog Box
9. Close to exit Customize Dialog Box
