I have a database that users may email a certain report to each
other. One of the users, all of a sudden, was not able to attached
the report via email functions normally. What's happening was when
she choose "send to" "email recipient (as attachment)" no matter
if she choose "Rich Text Format" or "Snapshot format", it will attach
as excel instead. This same database attaches correctly when run from
other computers. Why? How to fix that?
