Show the NO answer only

Am stumpped.

I have a query that has Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. Each one of these have a question associated with it. Each question has the YES or NO option to select from.

Is there a way to see only those answers that have a NO?

You see, I am attempting to create a report and show only those questions where they answered with a NO.

In the Query Grid you need to set the Criteria for a given question to No. If the field is defined as Text, and the users actually enter the word "No' you need to use the Criteria of "No" with the quotation marks. If the question field is defined as a Yes/No field, the Criteria would be No, without the quotation marks.
