    Payroll system

    hi everyone!

im a student and im trying to make a basic employee payroll system using ms access 2007.

can anyone give me an idea on how to create a employee payroll system using ms access 2007...

all i just need is a background on how to start them, what should i include and put on my table and a little idea on how to pay the employee using access 2007..

all i need is the process or the chart and i em the one will run them....

i havent seen a payroll before so its kinda hard for me to start
besides from putting employee id, employee name, address, number, birth date
    thats all i know...

esp. in paying an employee i dont know the process

    i just dont have idea..

but i will try my best to run them if you give an idea...

    thanksss

Is this part of a course Study or are you just simply wanting to build it to build it?

We don't do full database design here; that's not what the site is about. We're here to provide members with help on specific problems they're having with database development. If you need help with a particular problem in code or technique, please feel free to ask. This may well include some code samples for illustration purposes that you may even find you can use, but it will not just be done for you.

Please take the time to read the Posting Guidelines, paying particular attention to the section titled Homework.

The analysis portion of software design is one of the most important components. Having someone else perform this portion of the project for you will accomplish nothing towards teaching you how to design and develop a database.

You can Google using terms like "MS Access" and "Payroll" and "Template" to find some examples, but a better approach, from a learning standpoint, would be to simply look at the stub from a pay check. You'll find most of your requirements right there!

Good luck and welcome to Bytes!
