MS Access - Comma Separated Aggregate String

Please help!

I've been working with Access for several years - but not good with codes. I am trying to return results from one field in a report in a comma separated aggregate string.

I've researched & found suggestings with codes - but I don't understand! I'm self taught in Access & never learned coding.
