MS Access 2007 Property Sheet disappear

I am having problem to display the property sheet of MS Access 2007.
I have tried to press and hold the Shift key while opening the database as well as
pressing the F4 key after opening the database, but none of these works.

I can still see the property sheet bar appears in the ribbon. Also when I
right click on the form, the property option appears too, it's just that when I
clicked on both of the above, they are not responding at all.

Is anyone here has the idea to solve it? Thank you.

Finally, I found my solution from this link (the second suggestion, in the forth post), it just works perfect.
