I am trying to package up an Access XP application using the Packaging
Wizard. This my first go at with my new Vista machine. Obviously no
luck since I am here. At the point it wants to get and copy the
Access Runtime files, the wizard prompts me for the Office CD, which I
put in. It then proceeds to copy some files, but then throws the
message "Error 70: Permission Denied". This is happening for the
OSP.MSI file. I tried running the file manually, but was told "the
system does not require any updates" or some such thing, then another
box saying the installation ended prematurely. I figure the wizard is
trying to execute the msi and interpreting the early stoppage as an
error. Does anyone know anyway around this?
thanks,
Dave
