pull from a table individual rows

I have a table (tblElectrolyte ) it has 5 columns and 25 rows. The Columns are ElectrolyteName , AmountUsed, IVID, Measurement, Osmolarity. The rows are individual electrolytes ie. sodium, calcium, phosphate etc. I need users to input the AmountUsed, and Measurement from a form. I need each individual row listed without using a subform. What controls could i use and what properties would i have to change? Thanks for input!
