I have an Access 2007 application which displays the File Name of documents located on a Windows SharePoint V3 Site.
When you click on the file name the file opens in "Read Only" format.
I am not given the opportunity to open in "Edit" Mode.
The Document library has versioniong turned on and "Check Out" is Not required.
Normally when oprning a document from SharePoint I have the option to open in "Edit" mode or the user could open the document in Read Only and then go to the Office Button / Server / and select "Check Out" which then allows the document to be edited.
Any ideas how I can add VBA to permit the user to open a document l;ocated on SharePoint in Edit Mode?
Thanks
Bruce
