How to Maintain the Maximize mode on all forms

I want to maximize all forms. I've entered DoCmd.Maximize on forms. The problem comes up when I return to the form from another form - It returned to Restore mode and all the other forms become restored. How can maintain the maximize mode on all forms.

Try putting a DoCmd.Maximize in your form OnActivate event procedure.
