Import csv file in access

I have data in multiple csv files like

1, a, aa, aaa, aaaa
2, b, bb, bbb,bbbb, ddd,
3. c, cc, ccc, cccc

I want to check value in first coumn and import only second row till specific number of coulmns (i.e. 1 to 10) in one access table and then remaining columns (11 to end ) in second table.

Can someone help to write vba code in access.
