Application form for new projects

I need to provide my users with a request form so they can provide as much
info as possible when they want me to build an application for them. If some
one has drafted one up and wouldn't mind sharing with me that would help a
lot. Thanks.

If you're using Outlook Express as your reader, right-clicking on the
message in the message list and choosing 'Properties' would have shown you
it.

However, here's what you'd see:

smccall@myunrea lbox.com

Just remove what I mentioned.
