Create a new contact from a Company Form

Within my Company form, I have a list of contacts in that company. I currently have a Contacts form where I use a combo box to look up the company. It would be better if I could simply have a button called "add contact" in the Company Form and have that open the Contact Form and pass the CompanyID over to that form.

I am struggling with the code for this and where to put it.
