    Open and email files

    we want to set up a database that stores the location of sound files on our server so that when they are listed they can be clicked on and played or attached to an email does anyone know this is possible befor i try to see if i can do it or does anyone know how to do it i am an access novice but know various programming languages and feel i could pick up vb easily
