Okay the task manager is fixed now. k, I figured out something new, it lets me save now however the error does still pop up. Now i am thinking its a registry issue however I dont known any realiable registry programs. I have run both spyware doctor and sweeper. Also briefly used NOD32.Comment

I am under the impression that you have or had a virus and they can corrupt so many Microsoft system files you might be stuck with a reinstall or rollback to before the problems started. Microsoft has some tools to replace corrupted system files yet I would need to review the procedures before I can guide you in that area.Comment

Otherwise I think Denburt was going to check out the tools for you.
Good luck.
PS. Check out the install over the top option and let us know how that goes. If it works that will save Denburt the trouble of digging up the extra info.Comment
