    3. Right Click on the bar next to the start menu even a right click on the clock if it's shown. :)

Okay I got to the Task Manager , but after 5 seconds it disappears. It seems like its just started doing it today because I just noticed it.

dmn mobile is messing with me for the third time I would say my first instinct is that it's a virus. Try the typical fixs and if all else fails this link may help. Iwould use caution I haven't checked it out or the tools they mention but it may help.

Okay the task manager is fixed now. k, I figured out something new, it lets me save now however the error does still pop up. Now i am thinking its a registry issue however I dont known any realiable registry programs. I have run both spyware doctor and sweeper. Also briefly used NOD32.

What is this and what was the original problem?

I am under the impression that you have or had a virus and they can corrupt so many Microsoft system files you might be stuck with a reinstall or rollback to before the problems started. Microsoft has some tools to replace corrupted system files yet I would need to review the procedures before I can guide you in that area.

Perhaps you'd like to repost this one. Unfortunately this post makes little (if any) sense.

It saves, however it still gives me the error. It is really annoying to have it pop up every time I start MS office. A clean install or the tools that were mentioned meant work , however I don't knon how to do them.

OK, have you tried installing Office over your current install. It should give you an option to replace corrupted install files or something similar.
Otherwise I think Denburt was going to check out the tools for you.
                        Good luck.

PS. Check out the install over the top option and let us know how that goes. If it works that will save Denburt the trouble of digging up the extra info.

In that case I really don't know the answer. Perhaps Denburt knows and may provide some more suggestions.
Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Pardon my delay in responding I have had some P.C. issues myself lately. Have you checked your P.C. for Viruses and or Malware? Post #35 you stated you found something and made some headway just exactly what did you find and or do?
