    Help with calculated fields

    Hi I am creating some queries in Access 97 and having difficulty
    getting them to produce an average figure. I am sure this is easy but
    can't seem to work it out.

    An example of this is as follows:

    Number of records = 20

    Query 1 = number of records where all information was received

    In query design view

    Number of records where all info received - totaled as a group
    Number of records where all info received - totaled as a count

    This gives me the answer but if I want to covert that into a
    percentage of all records I cant seem to work out how to do it.

    Can anyone help?
