    Table design

Hi I have a survey to build on access 97 with 21 questons all of which
have a intial form being displayed with a yes/ no response option,
then depending on the answer go to another form to give more
information , ask another 5 / 6 fields worth of information both memo
& number some compulsory some not.

My intial thoughts was a questions table with an answer table, answer
table linked by survey question number so each question would have
correspnding detail in the answer table with various fields filled in
& some not. The problem is that the answer table will have loads of
fields that are empty as some answers don't pertain to specific
questions. Do I have to have a table for each seperate question or is
the above the best solution ?

Please point me in the right direction

    Thanks

    Grant
