I am having a problem with one of my split databases. I have two
user's of the database not including myself. The problem only seems
to affect one of the user's.
The database is used to track Phone statistics for representatives in
a small call center. The database is an Access 97 database with my
machine having Windows 2000 pro and the problem machine having
WindowsXP Pro. The _be file resides on a network server and the .mde
resides on the users computer.
Basically what is happening is when I update data in one of the tables
it seems that the changes don't affect what is seen on the problem
machine. For instance, today I entered a staff time adjustment for a
representative. That Rep's Supervisor then opened the form and the
form showed the old value even though the old value had been totally
removed from the database in every way.
I'm not sure if that explains the problem sufficiently or not but any
help is appreciated.
